At Box-n-Go we understand that circumstances and your schedule may change, often without warning and people have to adjust accordingly.
Once you have scheduled delivery of your full unit(s) to you, you can cancel this delivery up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time slot. Simply call us at (877) 269-6461 and we will accommodate your cancellation request.
The deliveries cancelled on a shorter notice may be subject to a $25/unit cancellation fee if not cancelled prior to the truck departure from the warehouse. Should the cancellation take place after the truck leaves the warehouse customer will be responsible for the delivery/pick up charges regardless if the actual delivery takes place or not.
