Box-n-Go provides it's customers with a FREE ground level drive up access to their stored belongings. In order to provide this great service at no cost we must have an extremely efficient container management process. Any facility access orders that do not result in actual customer access will increase the amount of work for us without resulting in actual benefit to the customer. This is why should you need to cancel or re-schedule your access, we request that you do that at least 2 business hours in advance. Simply call us at (877) 269-6461 and we will accommodate your cancellation request.
In order to avoid a cancellation charge of $25/unit, should you need to cancel your access appointment, please do so at least 2 hrs in advance. All “no shows” are subject to the same cancellation fee. Appointments scheduled 2 or fewer hrs in advance cannot be cancelled.
